Generalized anxiety disorder is the most common form of anxiety — worrying. Worrying about finances, worrying about loved ones, worrying even when there’s no apparent reason for concern.

It’s considered a disorder when it interferes with daily life for an extended period of time.

Chronic symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder can include:

  • Worrying a lot about everyday things
