My Detox Journey Episode #1: 5 Tips for Staying Fully Raw

For me, what I eat plays a role in my spiritual practice. In this third-dimensional experience, we become what we feed ourselves. Eating food is just one of the many energy exchanges we experience daily. We can choose to take in foods with higher frequencies or those with lower frequencies. Either way, that frequency has an effect on us.

I’m at the very beginning of my journey into eating only what my body needs to thrive at its highest potential for spiritual growth. I’m choosing to share my journey with the public, and my only intention is to be of service to those on a similar path who could benefit from what I’m learning along the way.

I’m calling this my detox journey because for me, it’s not about promoting a certain diet or cause, but simply detoxifying my body to the highest potential so that spirit can fully inhabit my body.

We are made up of trillions of cells, which all contribute to our overall experience. The more we clean our bodies, the better the cells can respirate, which literally means to bring spirit into the cells.
