When you complain, the Law of Attraction is working its magic. The Law of Attraction never stops working in you life.

When you’re complaining about things you hate, you’re magnetizing those things to you.

Gratitude is probably the #1 attitude you need to manifest abundance in your life. So if complaining is the opposite of being thankful, then complaining is the worst thing you can do if you want to live an abundant life.

How do you stop complaining?

For most people, complaining has become so automatic as a response to events or even the subtlest thoughts that trigger them. To overcome this bad habit, you have to reprogram yourself with a new response to things that trigger you to complain.

gratitude law of attractionFor example, when your boss criticizes you and you get upset because of how hard you’ve been working, your automatic response might be to complain about how unfair life is and that you may never get the promotion you want. What if your response was to put things in perspective: you have your health, you have a job and you still have infinite potential in life.

Train yourself to catch your complaints. If you really want to shift your vibration and change what you manifest in life, do this: At the end of the day, sit down with a paper and pen and make a list: what did I complain about today? Whether you complained out loud or just in your head, write it down. On this list are the things you are to never complain about again. Next, write down a list of things you’re thankful for. Notice the shift in your perspective and mood just from focusing on gratitude instead.

Complaining is never backed by facts. It only takes us down a rabbit hole in the opposite direction of where we want to go.

The more you cultivate the practice of gratitude, the easier it becomes to break the old habits of complaining. The new neural pathways you’re building for gratitude become so strong that the complaining pathways become weaker and weaker from lack of use.
