Generalized anxiety disorder is the most common form of anxiety — worrying. Worrying about finances, worrying about loved ones, worrying even when there’s no apparent reason for concern.
It’s considered a disorder when it interferes with daily life for an extended period of time.
You could have generalized anxiety disorder whether your life is filled with chaos and dramatic events, or if you’re stable and even repetitive in your routine.
Some of the symptoms can include restlessness, excess fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, tight muscles and insomnia.

But, anxiety is simply a wiring in the nervous system, which is the mind-body connection that runs on autopilot based on what it’s programmed with.
