Basic Pranayama (2min Tutorial)

Hey everyone! I’ve done a tutorial on how to do basic pranayama (yogic breathing). This is how I get into my meditation state. Anyone can do this. Just stop if you feel dizzy, and then go back to it. You will improve quickly with practice, and I recommend doing it for 1 to 5 minutes every day.
Here’s a list of benefits of doing this every day:

Strengthens lungs and increases lung capacity, cures respiratory diseases of all kinds
